Armin Avila

Investment

I believe wedding photography is an incredibly important investment. It is something you can keep after the wedding is over that becomes more valuable year after year. It creates a story for you and your family to show the connection and love you felt for that special someone. It is a stamp in time that does not devalue because the feeling it brings cannot be replaced.

That is why i have committed to capture and create a unique story for your special day that shows how it truly felt and allows you to relive the day no matter the time passed. Below you will find the different collections to choose from.

FAQS

How do we book you for our wedding?

First we have to get in touch! You can contact me directly at arminnavila@gmail.com. From there we will discuss the next steps.

How many images will we receive?

It depends on the collection. . On an average wedding day, I will take about 5000 images. Depending on the collection, you will receive anywhere between 200-600 processed, retouched photographs.

Engagements- 30-60

Lifestyle portraits- 20-70 images

Why should I have a second shooter?

First off, the second shooter captures a different angle. This is most valuable during the first look, ceremony, & reception.  The second shooter also provides another perspective and artistic approach during the entirety of the day. This captures your story at different levels. I do recommend a second shooter but it is not essential.

Do we get the personal rights to our photos?

Yes, after all it is your wedding! I will provide you with  an online gallery and/or a USB containing all the images for printing, sharing, downloading.. really for any personal use! With that being said we do always appreciate when you give credit to Armin Avila photography while online blogging and publications.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, PayPal, money transfers, and the app venmo or Cash app are preferred.

What is your turn around time for my final set of images?

Wedding Photographs: 5-8 weeks

Wedding Video: 9 weeks

Engagement: 1-3 weeks

Portraits: 1-3 weeks

How do we receive our final set of images?

The images are delivered through and online hosting link of galleries from the day along with an archival dropbox link.

Where do you live and do you travel?

I mainly provide service in the San Francisco and the rest of the bay area but I love to travel.  As soon as we get in touch we can discuss the procedure for a destination based wedding.
